Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. This role focuses on day-to-day e-commerce operations, campaign execution, and performance optimization across marketplaces.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations on e-commerce platforms (e.g. Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, website).
  • Upload and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing).
  • Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and flash sales.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign assets.
  • Manage pricing, vouchers, and promotional mechanics.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with operations/logistics.
  • Analyze marketplace data and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure smooth order processing and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and their features.
  • Familiar with campaign tools, vouchers, and promotions on marketplaces.
  • Able to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
