We are looking for an E-Commerce Senior Staff to support our digital growth on leading online platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, etc.

Jason Entertainment Indonesia is a distribution and promotion company specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) products such as collectible toys, character merchandise, and trading cards. We partner with leading toy retailers and online marketplaces, headquartered at SOHO Capital, West Jakarta.
Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Operations & Platform Management
- Manage daily operations across multiple marketplaces, including product upload, pricing, stock updates, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure product listings and campaign materials are accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
- Sales & Promotion Support
- Assist in executing sales and promotional strategies to meet monthly targets.
- Monitor campaign performance (traffic, sales, conversion rates) and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support discount management and profitability tracking under the guidance of the E-Commerce Supervisor.
- KOL, Affiliate & Live Streaming Support
- Coordinate with KOLs and affiliate partners for campaign planning, tracking, and post-performance analysis.
- Assist in managing live streaming activities, including scheduling, product preparation, and reporting.
- Monitor and summarize campaign results such as reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to align e-commerce activities with digital campaigns.
- Prepare and upload product content, visuals, and promo materials for marketplace campaigns (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
- Coordinate with platform account managers to secure campaign slots and visibility opportunities.
- Reporting & Monitoring
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and stock reports.
- Support basic analysis of sales trends, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Track competitor activities and market insights to support decision-making.
- Logistics & Customer Experience
- Liaise with the Warehouse Team to ensure stock accuracy and timely order processing.
- Assist in handling product returns, refunds, and customer inquiries to maintain service excellence.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace administration, or campaign support roles. Prior experience in FMCG, retail, toys, or distribution industry is strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiar with marketplace analytics, campaign dashboards, and performance tracking (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, etc.).
- Basic understanding of KOL, affiliate, and live streaming campaign mechanics.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive problem solver.
- Able to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Work Style: Comfortable working in a startup/retail distribution setting with ambiguity and rapid changes.
- Location: Willing to WFO at Soho Capital, Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat.
- Availability: Candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred.
