Job description

To develop, execute, and optimize the company’s e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer engagement across digital channels. The role focuses on both strategic planning and hands‑on execution in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Build and implement e-commerce growth plans aligned with company targets. Manage sales performance and profitability (P&L) of online channels. Coordinate promotions and campaigns with platform partners.
  • Plan and manage digital ads and influencer campaigns. Coordinate promotions and campaigns with platform partners.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, consumer behavior, and campaign ROI. Generate performance reports and actionable insights. Optimize traffic, conversion rate, and online visibility. Coordinate promotions and campaigns with platform partners.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and trade marketing teams. Manage 3PL logistics and fulfillment partners. Lead and develop the e-commerce support team. Coordinate promotions and campaigns with platform partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Indonesian and English proficiency is must.
  • Strong data and analytical skills.
  • Flexible and willing to experience challenges.
  • Fast learner, independent with an enterprise mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
