Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage and Lead the overall e-commerce strategy, promotions and performance marketing for product brands
  • Manage and Lead the activities of DVL stores – product listing, pricing strategy, promotions, in platform ads
  • Coordinate for the livestream (livestream developed by DVL)
  • Implement the development of partnership with E-commerce platforms – Shopee, Tiktok, Tokopedia, Halodoc and other telemed partners
  • Handle B2B digital – Swipe RX and impactful analysis
  • Lead the collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure e-commerce alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging e-commerce hit rate platform to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce platforms and its management.
  • In-depth knowledge of eCommerce trends, including marketing, advertising, product development, competitive strategy, consumer research, industry trends, and best practices in eCommerce.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and show high initiative and strong strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
