The Role

You will support day-to-day online store operations and campaign execution across e-commerce and brand platforms. This role ensures product, promotion, and creative updates are accurately implemented, while maintaining smooth coordination between internal teams, creative, and enablers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Product Launch & Inventory Management
  • Register and update products on each e-commerce system
  • Maintain SKU database (SKU IDs, product links, registration templates)
  • Ensure product information is accurate and up to date across all platforms
  • Track and record changes in product listings, pricing, and promotions
  • Manage product launches and inventory levels, and flag potential stock issues
  • Assist the Senior Executive with periodic inventory audits
  • Promotion & Campaign Management
  • Support the setup and update of promotional mechanics, including sale prices, vouchers, cart rules, GWPs, and store decorations
  • Assist in submitting campaigns and exposure requests
  • Ensure all campaign details are accurately reflected in-store and go live on schedule
  • Brief creative team on asset requirements for campaigns
  • Update visual assets in line with campaign timeline, and monitor across all channels to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Assist Executives in managing campaigns and partnerships, including communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Order & Customer Monitoring
  • Monitor order fulfillment and flag any delays or issues
  • Track and report on returns, cancellations, and customer complaints
  • Coordinate with enablers or customer service teams to resolve operational issues
Critical success factors & key challenges (KPIs):
  • Achieve 100% of e-commerce platforms net revenue target
  • Meet the ROI goals for marketing spend
  • Drive YoY growth in traffic and CR
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing e-commerce platforms is required
  • Fluency in English required for day-to-day communication.
  • Passionate about fashion and apparel and a good understanding of Love, Bonito.
  • Performance-centric mindset with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial metrics to drive informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • Extreme ownership and a self‑starter who is hands‑on with a ‘get things done’ attitude.
