A leading property management company in Indonesia is seeking a candidate to manage and optimize their Ecommerce annual budget. This role involves maintaining relationships with Online Travel Agencies, providing weekly and monthly analytics, and preparing quarterly reports. Candidates must have experience with OTAs, strong analytical skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Manage and optimize Ecommerce Annual budget.
Provide analytics to track performance of OTA and web performance identifying areas of opportunity.
Manage OTA relationships ensuring optimal placement and identifying revenue generation opportunities based on seasonality.
Maintaining rate parity across all online channels.
Makes requested content changes to Online Travel Agency (B2C) websites.
Advises on paid placement and ad space for specific OTAs.
Manage third party business listings with TripAdvisor, Google and Trivago.
Provide weekly website analytics in Revenue meeting.
Monthly Reporting for distribution channel performance.
Quarterly Ecommerce Reports showing performance across all online channels and digital advertising performance.
Interface Systems Management.
Assist Revenue Director in reporting, rate loading and specific projects.
Minimal D3/S1.
Previous experience with Airbnb and other OTA.
Successful track record of managing Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition campaigns.
Proficient in Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Highly analytical, experienced providing projection figures, trend analyses, and performance metrics.
Technically proficient, capable of understanding how systems interact with each other through end-to-end processes.
Self-starter with a drive to succeed.
