Who we are looking for
sa.global is looking for a motivated and skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through successful implementations and integrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, empowering them to optimize their business processes and achieve enhanced performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Hands-on technical implementation and deployment of Microsoft technologies, working collaboratively with customer stakeholders to implement and leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform using best development and implementation methodologies.
- Provide client support and consultation on Microsoft technology solutions.
- Ensure timely responses to client requests for support, based on the urgency of the issue.
- Escalate support requests as necessary.
- Configure services to meet customer requirements.
- Develop technical specifications and customize reports within the Microsoft technology solution.
- Perform testing and quality assurance (QA) in a technical manner.
- Explore new features and developments of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and other related technologies.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support from technical aspect as needed.
- Assist in preparing service estimates and project plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with global teams.
- Maintain a professional standard in the workplace and represent the company at all times in the best possible manner.
- Stay updated on the latest features and technologies of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, and share knowledge with the team.
- Assist with any other necessary task as required.
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in C# and the .NET framework.
- Knowledgeable in client-side technologies (HTML/HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of the structure and logic of Object-Oriented Programming.
- Proficient in database querying, especially related to MS SQL Server.
- Experienced in building reports using SSRS or Crystal Reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer-service orientation and commitment to providing timely, high-quality solutions to customer issues.

- Strong time management and documentation skills.
- Ability to focus on achieving results.
- Highly motivated for learning and development, with a diligent and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Practical development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (on premise and on cloud) and the Power Platform.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and spoken in English.
- Strong presentation and training skills.
- Willingness to travel to other locations or countries for project/support purposes.
- Knowledge of business processes across multiple industries is a plus.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools and Microsoft Azure products is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a science- or technology-related field (preferred).
- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure cloud technology are a plus.
