Responsibilities

• Conducts effective and efficient teaching according to the schedule given.
• Plans and manages resources for teaching and ensures materials are prepared one month before delivery.
• Participates in planning, implementing and documentation for accreditation.
• Conducts assessments according to students' learning processes.
• Keeps parents informed of student progress via emails.
• Monitors and reports on students' learning activity.
• Promotes library usage for academic activities.
• Participates in professional sharing activities in school.
• Initiates class activities to reinforce school values.
• Involves and manages co-curricular activities for students.
• Arranges planning and preparation for students to join competitions.
• Coordinates various programmes with students as main participants and contributors.
• Provides reports to Direct Supervisor; suggests improvements; supports Quality Management System.
