About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager to join Front Office in Jumeirah Bali. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Ensure all guests receive a seamless and personalized experience throughout their stay.
  • Conduct regular lobby and villa inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation.
  • Maintain close communication with Butler, Concierge, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure service excellence
  • Review daily arrival, departure, and occupancy reports; ensure readiness for guest movements.
  • Support and coordinate emergency procedures, safety drills, and incident response when required.
About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Experience as a Duty Manager or equivalent role in a 5-star hotel/luxury property.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written business English.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skill
