• Manage operational activities in Medan office from driver partner acquisition to onboarding.
• Initiate driver acquisition and sticker installation in the Medan Area.
• Monitor drivers' support activities.
• Collaborate with marketing for driver lead generation.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all operational activities in Medan office from driver partner acquisition and onboarding, order fulfillment, and driver education
• Initiate driver acquisition and sticker installation activities in Medan Area
• Monitor drivers operations support activities on making callout, sticker installation, and distribute drivers attributes
• Collaborate with Marketing team for driver's lead generations activities

Requirements

• Graduate from reputable university majoring in management, operations or any related field
