Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to create detailed drawings and layouts for retail outlets.

Design 2D and 3D models for furniture, fixtures, equipment, and store layouts.

Ensure designs comply with safety standards, regulations, and branding guidelines.

Revise designs based on feedback and maintain accurate records of changes.

Conduct site visits to validate design specifications.

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure designs align with execution.

Requirements

• Talents who studied in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of drafting experience, preferably in retail projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with Revit and 3D rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and building standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication for team collaboration.
• Experience in retail layout projects is preferred.
• Good communication & interpersonal skill.
• Agile, adaptive, and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when needed.
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta office (Full WFO).
