Job summary

A leading tire manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Sales professional to achieve sales targets and develop customer networks. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong communication skills and knowledge of tire products are essential. This role involves traveling domestically and maintaining relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales professional, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Possess a broad professional network, especially within the car industry.
  • Willing to travel domestically for business purposes.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and own a personal vehicle.
  • Willing to be placed in Citeureup, Bogor Regency.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales achievements are in line with assigned targets.
  • Identify and develop new networks while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide explanations to prospective buyers regarding tire features and pricing.
  • Conduct price negotiations and manage cooperation agreements with clients.
  • Deliver basic education on tire maintenance and follow up on customer complaints.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and market developments to management.
