Job summary

A leading FMCG cosmetics company in South Jakarta is seeking a Personal Assistant to manage office supplies, budgets, and schedules. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Excel and good communication skills in English are required, with a preference for candidates holding a TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC certificate. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and budget.
  • Prepare and monitor POs, GRs, and invoices.
  • Arrange travel for employees including flights and accommodations.
  • Coordinate and schedule management calendars.
  • Collaborate on emerging market projects.

  1. Managing supplies, equipment, and office budget and maintaining data on finances & related to projects.
  2. Draws up PO, GR, Invoices submission. Including budget monitoring and expenditure along with Local Internal Controller.
  3. Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees.
  4. Maintaining calendar: Coordinating & scheduling calendar for management.
  5. Emerging markets in collaboration with India Hub and Assist India project leader for Screener/Attributes/ Concept Indonesia Translation.
