About the role

As the District Sales & Promotion Supervisor for the Bandung area, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and promotional efforts of PT Indofood Fortuna Makmur. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve ambitious sales targets and enhance the company’s brand visibility in the local market.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability and experience in leading a sales team effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Highly target‑driven with a focus on achieving results.
  • Willing to be placed in Bandung.
Responsibilities
  • Execute and ensure the implementation of Sales Strategies and Area Potential Development Strategies; implement sales strategies to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
  • Monitor and evaluate the achievement of KPIs for all Sales and Merchandiser teams within the area.
  • Ensure the execution and implementation of all sales strategies run effectively and achieve the set targets, both for the internal sales team and distributors.
  • Lead and make decisions in resolving issues related to overall sales operations within the area.
  • Ensure and evaluate the planning and preparation of distributor forecasts in each area.
  • Execute and manage the use of budgets to support events, activities, promotions, and all area needs in accordance with established company standards.
  • Build and maintain effective communication and coordination with all Sales Teams, Distributors, and other related internal departments.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitive activities to senior management.
