Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia, based in Jakarta, seeks an experienced IT/Analytics professional to oversee Distributor Management Systems and deliver Power BI analytics for field teams. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with Sales, IT, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize distributor performance.

You will leverage SAP BW, SQL, and Python for data analytics, while driving governance, data quality, and secure data exchange across systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within FMCG or a large local organization.
Proficiency in Power BI and DAX, including dashboard development, KPI reporting, and reporting automation.
Strong experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Python for database development, data transformation, and performance optimization.
Experience using SAP BW for business analytics and reporting.
Knowledge of SSAS multidimensional cubes, OLAP models, dimensions, measures, and aggregations.
Experience managing Distributor Management Systems, sales automation platforms, and master data.
Knowledge of data governance, validation controls, and data-quality management.
Experience developing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Understanding of API integration, secure data exchange, and real-time synchronization across business systems.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to work effectively with Sales, IT, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, distributors, and third-party vendors.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to different stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

Monitor distributor system operations, system health, and performance.
Review ongoing system development and implementation activities.
Establish and maintain Distributor Management System standards.
Enhance Sales Force Automation features based on business priorities.
Ensure distributor systems and operations comply with Nestlé standards.
Translate business needs between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support the implementation of new system features and monitoring tools.
Conduct troubleshooting and technical support sessions for distributors.
Evaluate and optimize systems to improve distributor performance.
Develop analytics applications that enable Nestlé field teams to track daily performance.
Guide UI/UX improvements and monitor application adoption and usage.
Provide regular progress reports, implementation updates, and technical documentation.
