Business Development – Distribution Sales Manager ICT Company
Meningkatkan pertumbuhan bisnis di bidang cargo/logistik melalui akuisisi klien baru, pengembangan layanan, dan kerjasama strategis, sehingga perusahaan mampu bersaing dan memperluas pasar.
Market Research & Analysis
- Menganalisis tren industri logistik dan cargo (domestik maupun internasional).
- Mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru di segmen retail, corporate, maupun e-commerce.
- Melakukan riset kompetitor untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan layanan yang ditawarkan.
Client Acquisition & Relationship
- Mencari dan mengakuisisi pelanggan baru (perusahaan, ekspedisi, freight forwarder, atau marketplace).
- Menjalin hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan existing.
- Memberikan solusi layanan cargo yang sesuai kebutuhan klien (air freight, sea freight, land transport).
Strategy & Business Growth
- Menyusun strategi ekspansi pasar dan pengembangan jaringan distribusi.
- Mengidentifikasi peluang kerjasama dengan mitra strategis (maskapai, pelabuhan, transportasi darat).
- Merancang paket layanan cargo yang kompetitif dan bernilai tambah.
Sales & Revenue
- Menyusun target penjualan bulanan/tahunan di segmen cargo.
- Membuat proposal, presentasi, dan negosiasi kontrak dengan calon klien.
- Memastikan pencapaian revenue sesuai dengan target perusahaan.
Coordination & Reporting
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional untuk memastikan pengiriman cargo berjalan lancar.
- Memberikan masukan untuk peningkatan layanan dan efisiensi biaya.
- Menyusun laporan perkembangan bisnis, pipeline klien, dan peluang baru untuk manajemen.
Account Manager – SOE Services Sales
- Manage and maintain good relationships with existing BUMN clients.
- Develop strategies and work plans to achieve sales targets.
- Approaches to potential clients and conduct initial business solution presentations.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the proposal and delivery teams.
- Coordinate internally across departments (product, delivery, legal, etc.).
- Monitor tender processes, lead negotiations, and ensure project closing and implementation.
- Provide regular updates and sales activity reports to superiors.
Job Requirement
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Understanding of BUMN (State-Owned Enterprises) tender processes and proposal documentation.
- Willing to work mobile and travel (out of town assignments).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales (preferred).
- Good analytical skills in identifying client needs and business opportunities.

- Pendidikan minimal S1 (semua jurusan, diutamakan Marketing/Komunikasi/Manajemen).
- Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang Business Development, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate, atau Partnership.
- Memiliki jaringan luas dengan KOL, selebgram, content creator, maupun komunitas online.
- Terbiasa melakukan negosiasi dengan talent agency maupun individu KOL.
- Memahami tren digital marketing, social media, dan influencer marketing.
- Komunikatif, persuasif, dan memiliki kemampuan presentasi yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja dengan target dan memiliki problem‑solving skill yang tinggi.
- Kreatif dalam menyusun strategi kolaborasi dan campaign bersama KOL.
- Lebih disukai jika pernah mengelola campaign berbasis affiliate/KOL.
Business Development – Healthcare

- Build strong relationships with existing customers and expand their service offerings through effective cross‑selling.
- Understand customer needs and provide customized logistics solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Provide exceptional after‑sales support to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets while adhering to company procedures.
Business Development – Licensing Success
- Pursue new leads, and create new business.
- Achieve sales goals and targets.
- 3+ years experience with B2B sales.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment, with exceptional communication skill within team.
- Possess creative thinking and target oriented attitude.
- Networking in FMCG, Finances and QSR industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
