A leading company in healthcare is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage key accounts, and lead marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or FMCG. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential. The role requires travel to support sales activities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead commercial and channel programs to boost sales performance.
Oversee key account management, commercial policies, and receivables in line with company goals.
Analyze sales data to drive business optimization.
Execute product launches, trade promotions, and marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, supply chain, and finance teams.
Identify and secure new national and international distribution and retail partners.
Manage onboarding, contract negotiations, and partner performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Align sales strategies with customer and channel needs.
Ensure product readiness, pricing accuracy, and compliance in all markets.
Support Area Sales Supervisors to meet regional targets.
Provide strategic direction, coordination, and performance monitoring.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, trade marketing, or channel management (preferably in healthcare, FMCG, or retail).
Proven experience managing distributors or key accounts; exposure to international markets is a plus.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Willing to travel to support sales and partnership activities.
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
Possesses a can-do attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
