Wahana Visi Indonesia seeks a Director for Strategy, Risk, Innovation & Evidence (SRIE) to lead country strategy development, execution and monitoring. You will drive risk management, knowledge management and evidence-based decision making across departments, reporting to ExLT and collaborating with regional partners.

The role requires senior leadership experience in relief/development, a Master’s degree or higher, proficiency in English, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years leadership position experience in relief/development and/or corporate strategic planning.
• 3+ years in program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and oversight to development, execution, monitoring and reporting of country strategy.
• Lead and manage enterprise risk management and knowledge management.
• Ensure safeguarding, policy compliance and collaboration with ExLT and other departments.
