Job Description

This is a highly competitive role, and you will be reporting to the CEO. You will also be expected to recruit and lead a lean team of specialists who come from diverse background. Other responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the CEO in strategic planning and decision‑making processes.
  • Conducting in‑depth research and analysis to provide actionable insights.
  • Preparing high‑quality reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Facilitating effective communication between the CEO and other key stakeholders.
  • Acting as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, helping shape and execute the company's long‑term vision and priorities.
  • Lead and mentor a high‑performing team within the CEO Office, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and accountability.
  • Drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Oversee internal business operations, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify and implement business process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness and agility.
  • Prepare board materials, investor communications, and executive presentations with clarity and impact.
  • Coordinating with senior leaders across departments to ensure timely delivery of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Representing the CEO in internal and external forums, maintaining a professional and composed presence.
  • Monitoring industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic planning.

A successful candidate should possess strong communication in Bahasa and English. Other requirements include:
