Job Description
This is a highly competitive role, and you will be reporting to the CEO. You will also be expected to recruit and lead a lean team of specialists who come from diverse background. Other responsibilities include:
- Supporting the CEO in strategic planning and decision‑making processes.
- Conducting in‑depth research and analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Preparing high‑quality reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Facilitating effective communication between the CEO and other key stakeholders.
- Acting as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, helping shape and execute the company's long‑term vision and priorities.
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing team within the CEO Office, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and accountability.
- Drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and cross‑functional alignment.
- Oversee internal business operations, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify and implement business process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness and agility.
- Prepare board materials, investor communications, and executive presentations with clarity and impact.
- Coordinating with senior leaders across departments to ensure timely delivery of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Representing the CEO in internal and external forums, maintaining a professional and composed presence.
- Monitoring industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic planning.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should possess strong communication in Bahasa and English. Other requirements include:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in top‑tier consulting firms with exposure to energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and influence.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
