The Opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Sales & Revenue to lead our commercial division and drive strong revenue performance across our portfolio. This role combines strategy, leadership, and hands‑on execution in Sales, Revenue, E‑commerce, Reservations, and Owner Relations. You will oversee all pricing, distribution, and sales initiatives while guiding your teams to deliver consistent growth, owner satisfaction, and market‑leading results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Sales, Revenue, E-commerce, Reservations, and Owner Relations teams
  • Build a results‑driven culture through structure, accountability, and motivation
  • Direct pricing, segmentation, OTA, and offline agent strategies for daily and yearly rentals
  • Oversee property onboarding, ensuring smooth handovers and complete system setups
  • Maintain top‑quality OTA listings with strong visuals, clear details, and precise copywriting
  • Create and maintain forecasts, budgets, and commercial reports with clear analysis
  • Protect margins, monitor performance, and manage commercial risks across the portfolio
  • Maintain CRM discipline, timely follow‑ups, and strong owner acquisition conversion
  • Build trusting relationships with owners, focusing on ROI, transparency, and retention
  • Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and creative initiatives
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and Legal for full cross‑functional alignment
