About the role

As the Director of Sales & Marketing, a leading real estate developer in Bekasi, West Java, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales and marketing strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets. This is a full‑time, permanent role that offers competitive remuneration and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation’s success.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote the company’s residential real estate developments and achieve sales goals.
  • Oversee the sales team, providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to drive high performance.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and inform marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the project management and construction teams to ensure the timely delivery of developments and a seamless customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including real estate agents, brokers and potential clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing relevant strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in real estate sales and marketing, preferably within the residential property development sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and driving successful marketing campaigns.
