Qualifications

• 15+ years in industrial estate, property, or infrastructure operations.
• 5–8 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of estate operations, infrastructure, utilities, HSE, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall operational strategy and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee daily estate operations, including utilities, infrastructure, maintenance, security, and environment.
• Ensure tenant service quality, handle major issues/complaints, and maintain strong tenant relationships.
• Manage compliance related to industrial estate regulations, environment (AMDAL), safety, and government permits.
• Direct infrastructure and development projects, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely execution.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets and drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with government agencies, regulators, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary operational teams and promote a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years experience in industrial estate, property, or infrastructure operations, with at least 5–8 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of estate operations, infrastructure, utilities management, HSE, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.
