  • Follow up the sales order and payment collection, promote the sales process and complete the sales task;

The Position

The Retail Sales Manager plays a key role in bringing that vision to life by leading our retail, clinician engagement, and e-commerce strategy. This role is accountable for ensuring patients can access our Self‑Monitoring Blood Glucose (SMBG) portfolio through the right channels, at the right time, nationwide.

The Opportunity

As the face of our Diabetes Care commercial team, you will work across functions, teams, and ecosystems to create impact. You will lead a national team, build trusted retail and clinician partnerships, and ensure that our solutions reach those who need them most.

You will also bring strong commercial acumen and digital fluency to drive performance across traditional and emerging retail channels.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the national commercial strategy for retail, clinician, and e‑commerce channels
  • Build trusted relationships with pharmacies, key accounts, and retail chains
  • Oversee a cross‑functional team covering sales, key accounts, and clinician engagement
  • Drive strong in‑store execution and visibility through retail partnerships
  • Strengthen clinician advocacy and product adoption through education and support
  • Accelerate e‑commerce growth and digital brand presence
  • Ensure performance through clear KPIs, budget ownership, and cross‑team collaboration
  • Act as a system thinker, aligning our capabilities with market and patient needs

Who You Are

  • You are a strategic commercial leader with a track record in healthcare, medical devices, or consumer health. You thrive in cross‑functional roles, understand both retail and digital levers, and bring energy into every partnership and team you lead
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences; MBA is a plus
  • 5–10 years of commercial experience, including team leadership
  • Proven success in pharmacy retail and/or mass‑market channel
  • Experience in clinician engagement and digital growth strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and data‑driven decision‑making skills
  • Deep understanding of Indonesia's healthcare and retail landscape
