Job summary

DBS Consumer Banking Group is seeking an Administrative and Wealth Management Support professional at Bandung Dago Branch. You will back Relationship Managers in managing affluent client portfolios and help execute wealth management transactions and onboarding processes.

Role requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills, familiarity with banking systems, and the ability to work both independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in financial services, wealth management, or retail banking support roles.
• Possession of relevant financial advisory and investment certifications is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to Relationship Managers in managing affluent client portfolios.
• Assist in the seamless execution of wealth management transactions, including investment products, insurance, and treasury services.
• Facilitate client onboarding, account maintenance, and conduct regular Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal product specialists and support teams to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
• Assist in preparing portfolio reports, market updates, and presentation materials for client meetings.
