A leading company in Indonesia is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to drive digital growth and enhance brand visibility across online channels. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the FMCG Beauty/Cosmetics sector. Responsibilities include executing digital strategies and coordinating with various teams. The Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for driving digital growth and brand visibility across all online channels.
This role ensures strong digital strategy execution, data-driven decision making, and effective coordination with internal teams and external digital partners.
The Digital Transformation Manager must stay ahead of market trends in beauty and consumer behavior to optimize digital performance and support overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in FMCG Beauty/Cosmetics industry.
Strong analytical skills with experience using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, DataStudio, Meta/Ads Manager, e-commerce analytics).
Proven success in managing performance marketing and e-commerce campaigns.
Highly knowledgeable in beauty market trends, consumer insights, and social commerce.
Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to work fast-paced with creativity, innovation, and strong attention to detail.
Experience in KOL/influencer marketing is a plus.
Familiar with Martech tools and CRM strategiesispreferred.
