Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead DX consulting engagements in IT strategy, digital transformation planning, and enterprise solution design to help clients envision, design, and plan next-generation digital platforms and operating models.
• IT Planning/ Architecture Design:
  Define mid- to long-term IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
  Assess IT landscapes (applications, infrastructure, data) and design target enterprise architectures (EA) and IT governance models.
  Develop IT investment plan and roadmaps.
• DX Strategy Formulation:
  Identify digital transformation opportunities from customer journey and business process insights.
  Develop digital business strategies leveraging emerging technologies (AI, cloud, IoT, RPA, etc.).
  Create transformation roadmaps with phased implementation.
  Advise on data-driven decision-making and platformization of key services.
• DX Solution Design:
  Lead requirement definition and functional design for digital platforms.
  Architect scalable and secure solutions such as integrating APIs, cloud services.
  Bridge business and technology teams to ensure solution fit and value realization.

Qualifications:

• Have 7+ years of work experience in IT consulting, solution architect, and digital transformation.
• Have 3+ years of experience in a solution architect or technology strategy leadership role.
• Proven track record in leading IT strategy or DX projects for enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, enterprise architecture, data architecture, and cloud technologies.
• Ability to frame complex issues and communicate clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Have experience in stakeholder management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
