What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of remote/online experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable with multitasking in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
  • Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and solution‑focused.
Technical Requirements
  • A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher.
  • A stable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
