Key Responsibilities

• Create and adjust digital patterns for swimwear using CAD Software (Richpeace)
• Maintain clear and organized administration for every pattern created (digital files, versions, tech packs, etc.)
• Ensure consistency, grading, and quality of all digital patterns
• Work closely with garment production to support efficient sample development

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a digital pattern maker in a similar industry (garment)
• Proficient in CAD software, especially Richpeace
• Strong understanding of garment construction & pattern grading
• High attention to detail and great communication skills
• Highly motivated, individual commitment and willingness to work as a team
