PT Tempo Inti Media Harian is seeking a Digital Product Manager with 2–3 years of experience to own the reader experience across web and mobile apps. You will drive content discovery, personalization, and cross-platform consistency, collaborating with editorial, design, data, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features and measurable improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, user-centric design, and fast iteration in a dynamic media environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager for consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user journeys.
• Experience in digital media, publishing, or content platforms preferred.
• Proficient with data analytics to drive decisions (engagement, retention, conversion).
• Excellent cross-functional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with content recommendation or personalization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the reader journey across web and mobile apps.
• Improve user engagement, reading experience, content discovery.
• Lead development of content recommendation and personalization features.
• Ensure cross-platform UI/UX consistency across web and apps.
• Define and deliver reader-focused features with engineering, design, data, and editorial teams.
• Use analytics and experimentation to inform product roadmap decisions.
• Coordinate with editorial, engineering, design, data, and other product teams.
• Coordinate the Digital Media Platform squad objectives.
