Innapack (PT. Trimitra Indoplast Mandiri) is a leading manufacturer of LLDPE film‑based flexible packaging, established in 2011 in Cikarang, West Java. We are expanding to meet the growing demand for innovative, safe, and high‑quality packaging solutions across Indonesia.

As a Digital Media Buying Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning, optimizing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the creative, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-performing ads that drive measurable results for our brand and clients.

What You’ll Do :

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms

Conduct audience research, analyze performance data, and provide insights to improve targeting & ROI

Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and campaign delivery to ensure optimal performance

Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad assets and landing pages

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and platform algorithms

Qualifications :

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in digital media buying (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome)

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns

Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and campaign tracking tools

Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Ads Manager tools or reporting dashboards is a plus
