A leading company in the food and beverage sector in Indonesia is seeking a skilled digital marketer to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, proficiency in design software, and strong analytical skills. This role will involve managing online campaigns, creating content, and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (DKV, Teknik Informatika, Komunikasi)
Has experience at least 3 years in digital marketing, including social media
Has experience at least 3 years in Food and beverage or pharmaceutical industry, or similar industry
Proficiency in active and passive English is preferred.
Proficient in Meta Ads & Google Ads with hands-on experience in strategy creation, implementation, & evaluation by Google Analytics.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
Familiar with website maintenance tools.
Able to create 2D and 3D designs.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify target audiences and create customer personas.
Set KPIs and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Campaign Management
Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search engines, display advertising).
Manage end-to-end campaigns from conception to execution, including creative development, media planning, and performance analysis.
Utilize platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising tools.
Content Marketing
Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.).
Manage website content while ensuring SEO best practices.
Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Social Media Management
Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor social media trends and competitors’ activities.
SEO & SEM Management
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Manage paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance data.
Create reports to assess ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Use insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
Budget Management
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
Allocate resources effectively across channels to maximize ROI.
Negotiate with vendors and manage costs related to digital marketing activities.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Creative, IT) to align marketing strategies.
