• Collaborate with Manager to develop promotional activities strategies.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on multiple platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments.
• Ensure smooth operation of the e-commerce website and TikTok Shop.
• Oversee TikTok Live operations aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute CRM campaigns to increase conversions.
• Analyze CRM performance metrics for optimization.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven adjustments.
• Ensure smooth operation of the e-commerce website and TikTok Shop.
• Oversee and coordinate TikTok Live operations to ensure consistent execution of live streaming activities in line with marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute CRM campaigns (email, WhatsApp, in-app) to increase conversions.
• Analyze CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
