Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Manage and monitor monthly advertising budgets of IDR 50 million or more.
- Develop content plans for digital ads in collaboration with the creative team (visuals & copywriting).
- Set up, test, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Identify audience segments and develop effective targeting and funneling strategies.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall brand and business goals.
- Support lead generation campaigns and optimize for conversion.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets of at least IDR 50 million.
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategy, and performance metrics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy.
- Experienced in working with creative and content teams to produce effective ad creatives.
- Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
- Experience in lead generation is a strong advantage.
