Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Manage and monitor monthly advertising budgets of IDR 50 million or more.
  • Develop content plans for digital ads in collaboration with the creative team (visuals & copywriting).
  • Set up, test, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Identify audience segments and develop effective targeting and funneling strategies.
  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall brand and business goals.
  • Support lead generation campaigns and optimize for conversion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets of at least IDR 50 million.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategy, and performance metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy.
  • Experienced in working with creative and content teams to produce effective ad creatives.
  • Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in lead generation is a strong advantage.
