Qualifications

AJobThing (Maukerja • Ricebowl • Epicareer) is one of SEA’s fastest-growing hiring platforms, helping employers across Malaysia hire faster through smart job ads, AI‑matching, and employer branding tools. We’re expanding our marketing team to accelerate our B2B growth. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage paid ads channels and scale our employer acquisition efforts.

What You’ll Do
  1. Plan, execute, and optimise Facebook Ads & Google Ads for B2B employer lead generation
  2. Manage CPL, CPA, ROAS, A/B testing, and UTM tracking
  3. Create high‑performing ad creatives: static images, short videos, and persuasive copy
  4. Build and optimise landing pages to drive search visibility and conversions using gemini, v0, or other tools
  5. Analyse campaign results and provide weekly actionable insights
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and grow B2B using referral, free employer tools, or others to generate leads
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably B2B or employer acquisition)
  2. Strong hands‑on experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  3. Good creative and copywriting skills, especially for employer/HR audiences
  4. Experience in creating visuals using Canva or similar tools
  5. Data‑driven, independent, and able to manage multiple campaigns
  6. Familiar with lead generation fundamentals and landing page optimisation
