We're looking for a Digital Marketer specialising in paid ads to join our fast-paced, creative team in Bali. You’ll work across a range of industries, assisting in the execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn within a supportive and dynamic agency environment.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms using Ads Manager.
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Performance Max.
- Develop audience targeting strategies and perform A/B testing on creative, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise for maximum ROI.
- Set up and manage Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
- Create, test, and manage email campaigns in Klaviyo, including performance tracking and reporting.
- Ensure accurate tracking of customer events and e-commerce triggers in Klaviyo for segmentation and targeting.
Ecommerce & CRM Support
- Integrate paid advertising efforts with Shopify and Klaviyo to support e-commerce sales funnels and customer journeys.
- Monitor and maintain pixel and conversion tracking for accurate reporting and retargeting.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
- Provide clear recommendations for campaign improvements based on data.
Cross-Channel Coordination
- Work closely with designers and copywriters to brief and review ad creative.
- Coordinate consistent messaging and tracking across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with clients to align on goals, budgets, and expectations.
- Share knowledge with the team to support a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid ads
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not essential with relevant experience)
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Solid understanding of paid media KPIs, attribution models, and customer lifecycle marketing
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions
- Confident presenting results and recommendations directly to clients
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, and Slack.
- Organised, dependable, and proactive in asking questions
- Curious about trends, algorithms, and audience behaviours
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyCollaborative and eager to contribute ideas
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Previous experience in a creative or marketing agency
- Familiarity with other paid platforms such as TikTok Ads or Pinterest Ads
