Overview
Develop, implement and optimize business marketing performance across various platforms: Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other channels. Also covers building brand awareness for the company’s imported goods and initiating marketing activities through events and tactical campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize all campaigns (paid and unpaid) on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure campaign success and budget efficiency to maximize ROI.
- Create or re‑energize website and social media pillars and detailed planning and direction, together with the General Manager.
- Work with the design team to create creative contents and ads within an annual calendar.
- Set timeline/calendar posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube (if applicable).
- Coordinate and work closely with the Sales team to complete the marketing plan and implementation for each high‑end brand held by PT. Bintang Timur.
- Execute and publish social media posts of PT. Bintang Timur.
- Maximize social media posts for Shimano.BT.Indonesia and on other platforms.
- Track daily dashboards (traffic, CTR, conversion, chat SLA, rating) and flag issues to the General Manager.
- Implement retargeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate sample loans and content pulls with dealers, mechanics, and cycling communities.
- In charge of social media correspondences/messages; communications monitored and responded to within 24 hours.
- In charge of monitoring all influencers managed by PT. Bintang Timur – compile, plan, and communicate quarterly and yearly plans with each influencer.
- Monitor and summarize the performance of all active influencers on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to provide insights on effectiveness.
- Keep up with industry trends and changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, journalism, or related fields.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open minded, open for feedback, and willing to reflect.
- Experience in budgeting and negotiation is an advantage.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Creative mindset for marketing campaigns and events.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions.
- Years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist (specific years to be specified by applicant).
