Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing & Data Analyst)
Requirements:
 - 2‑4 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  - Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  - Experience managing and optimizing campaigns with significant budgets on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
  - Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Google Sheets) and knowledge of tracking and attribution tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Pixel implementation).
  - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  - Detail‑oriented with strong project management skills.
  
 Responsibilities:
 - Oversee the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of performance campaigns across multiple channels; own performance marketing budget and ROAS.
  - Develop and lead the overall performance‑marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  - Own and optimise the digital media budget across multiple channels.
  - Campaign management: plan, execute and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms; drive consistent testing to maximise cost metrics.
  - Data & analytics: build dashboards, track KPIs, deliver actionable insights; analyse full‑funnel performance to ensure channel efficiency.
  - Cross‑functional collaboration: work closely with the brand team to ensure creative quality; explore and scale new performance channels and growth levers; keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
