About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing company with retail products spearheading the market and is looking for Digital Marketing Manager to lead the overall digital and online sales initiatives for a newly launched fashion category.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the audience
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across channels including social media, email, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, influencer partnerships, and display advertising
  • Plan and the content calendar for digital channels, ensuring alignment with product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and use data-driven insights to improve campaigns
  • Oversee the company's social media presence and manage paid social strategies
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually compelling content that reflects the brand's aesthetic
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels
The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ years of experience in overall digital marketing, preferably within fashion/personal care industry
  • Strong track record in initiating digital campaigns targeting female audiences
  • Experienced in managing monthly budget of minimum IDR 200,000,000/month is a must.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools & strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and performance marketing
  • Proficiency in English is highly preferred
