Job description

Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Manage monthly paid ad budgets and ensure positive ROAS across all IPs.

Performance & Analytics

Build unified reporting dashboards for awareness, leads, conversion, and CPL.

Collaborate with Sales and IT to track and attribute digital‑sourced revenue.

Translate insights into actionable improvements across all campaigns.

SEO / SEM & Web

Own keyword strategy, backlinking, and technical SEO optimization.

Coordinate website revamps for Astral, Forise, and Alphamax to improve UX and conversion.

Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and target audience needs.

CRM & Automation

Co‑lead CRM (HubSpot) implementation with VP Marketing & IT.

Set up lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and automated email campaigns.

Develop lead source taxonomy and tracking for marketing attribution.

Identify and pilot AI tools for content generation, automation, and predictive analytics.

Continuously research and test emerging digital trends relevant to architecture/home‑living industries.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, or growth marketing.

Proven success managing multi‑brand or regional campaigns.

Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot (or similar).

Experience managing digital budgets exceeding IDR 100M/month.

Ability to build data dashboards and integrate cross‑platform reporting.

Knowledge of marketing automation, retargeting, and lead nurturing.

Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
