Are you ready to make an impact in a new and evolving industry? Kardinal’s Marketing team is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive our digital strategy and execution in Indonesia — one of our key growth markets.

Our team is looking for someone who can build and execute digital marketing strategies and customer communications across all online channels. You will obsess over the customer journey, collaborate closely with regional and global partners, and use data, creativity, and marketing instinct to bring ideas to life and drive measurable impact.

About the role

As Digital Marketing Managers, we rely on deep digital experience to execute campaigns from strategy and concept to production and delivery. We turn new ideas into actionable plans that scale globally but resonate locally. We use consumer insights, strategic thinking, and creativity to ensure all work engages audiences while delivering business goals. We use interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with a cross‑functional team across markets. We juggle multiple workflows, deliver projects on aggressive timelines, and organize complex information so it’s clear, concise, and actionable.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans and campaigns, including performance marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, and CRM.
  • Lead execution across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring consistent brand storytelling.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, digital trends, and competitor activities specific to Indonesia.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams — including regional marketing, sales, and creative — to ensure alignment on digital objectives.
  • Manage media budgets, optimize ROI, and report on campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Oversee content localization and adaptation for digital platforms, ensuring Kardinal’s brand tone and visual identity are maintained.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key digital partners, including agencies, KOLs, and media platforms.
What we’re looking for
  • Indonesian citizens with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record in social media, performance marketing, and content strategy.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience using digital analytics tools.
  • Experience working with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and digital analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian digital culture, social platforms, and consumer behavior.
