Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing campaigns with significant budgets in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, data studio, google sheets) and knowledge of tracking and attribution tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Pixel implementation).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
Responsibilities
  1. Strategy & Leadership: Develop and lead the overall performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  2. Campaign Management: Own and optimize the digital media budget across multiple channels. Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms. Drive consistent testing (creatives, audiences, landing pages) to reduce maximize cost metrics.
  3. Data & Analytics: Build dashboards, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights. Analyze full-funnel performance (awareness → conversion → retention) to ensure channel efficiency.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the brand team to ensure creative quality.
  5. Innovation & Growth: Explore and scale new performance channels and growth levers. Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
