Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to drive brand awareness, branding, and revenue growth across multiple online channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing, branding, and sales strategies, focusing on e-commerce performance and digital marketing, while managing brands such as Octagoods, Aulumu, and more.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Min. 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Leader, focusing on E-Commerce & Social Media Strategy (preferably with experience in building new brands)
  • Proven expertise in managing TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads, and Relationship Management
  • Strong experience in campaign optimization to achieve high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing and sales performance reports
  • Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end digital product launches and branding
  • Passion for gadgets and technology is a plus
  • Willing to be based in Malang, Indonesia
  • Good salary (10 - 13 Mio) & benefit package (device, etc)
