Job Role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and digital growth for the company's expanding B2B and e-commerce business. The position will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital marketing activities, performance marketing campaigns, lead generation, SEO, marketing automation, external vendor coordination, and offline marketing initiatives.
This role will work closely with leadership and a small performance marketing team to improve customer acquisition, generate qualified B2B leads, strengthen online visibility, and convert prospects into recurring customers. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous testing and optimization are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel customer acquisition strategies to generate qualified B2B leads, customer sign-ups, and orders.
- Build, monitor, and optimize customer acquisition funnels across digital channels.
- Track and improve key performance metrics including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Conversion Rate (CR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Coordinate daily performance marketing activities with the Meta Ads/Content Specialist and Google Ads Specialist.
- Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, audience targeting, creative performance, and A/B testing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve landing page performance, conversion rates, and overall digital customer journeys.
- Manage external creative agencies, production partners, designers, and other marketing vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing assets.
- Prepare creative briefs and provide direction for advertisements, videos, digital content, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement and optimize marketing automation tools, CRM workflows, lead tracking systems, and customer-nurturing processes.
- Develop and optimize email and WhatsApp lead-nurturing campaigns to improve lead conversion and customer retention.
- Oversee SEO initiatives, including keyword strategy, website architecture, technical SEO, and content optimization for high-intent packaging-related searches.
- Plan and execute offline B2B marketing activities, industry trade exhibitions, packaging events, and networking activities to generate new business leads.
- Coordinate online and offline marketing initiatives to ensure consistent brand positioning and lead-generation objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new customer acquisition opportunities and growth initiatives.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management.
- Work closely with leadership to develop and test new growth initiatives, campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably within e‑commerce, technology startups, B2B platforms, or consumer-oriented businesses.
- Strong understanding of the retail, consumer goods, e‑commerce, or B2B customer acquisition landscape.
- Proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable results in lead generation, conversion, and ROAS.
- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4/Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience managing marketing automation tools, CRM workflows, lead‑nurturing campaigns, and customer acquisition pipelines.
- Familiarity with SEO strategy, keyword research, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience managing external creative agencies, production partners, and marketing vendors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable business recommendations.
- Commercially driven and focused on generating measurable customer acquisition and revenue impact.
- Proactive, highly curious, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong problem‑solving and brainstorming skills, with the ability to propose practical growth initiatives directly to senior management.
- Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
