Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety/Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management or regulatory compliance, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role handling plant/factory operations in the cosmetic industry
- SMKP Auditor (Mandatory), AK3 Umum license and familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 22716, BPOM & CPKB Certificates
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content marketing
- Analysing and interpreting data to optimise digital marketing campaigns and measure performance

Responsibilities:
- Execute eCommerce and digital marketing strategies to increase revenue, grow market share, and improve the hotel’s online customer experience
- Manage and optimise the hotel’s website, global multilingual sites, OTA and meta‑search listings, and other third‑party electronic channels
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives and track eCommerce KPIs
- Produce and analyse performance reports, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement of digital campaigns
- Develop and maintain budgets for eCommerce and digital activities, ensuring cost‑effective use of resources

Qualifications:
- 4‑year bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related major
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital, or eCommerce, preferably within the hospitality or agency sector
- Strong understanding of online brand marketing, OTA and meta‑search optimisation, and paid‑media execution
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
