- Develop and implement digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies to achieve business goals
- Lead online sales initiatives to increase direct bookings, optimize customer journeys, and drive revenue
- Plan and manage paid media, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights and regular reports
- Manage content creation, campaigns, and influencer collaborations to showcase the hotel’s unique experiences
- Oversee annual online marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources
- Collaborate with Marketing Communication and PR, Sales and F&B teams to align campaigns with promotions and key events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, ideally in luxury hospitality
- Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, paid advertising, content creation, and campaign management
