Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies to achieve business goals
  • Lead online sales initiatives to increase direct bookings, optimize customer journeys, and drive revenue
  • Plan and manage paid media, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights and regular reports
  • Manage content creation, campaigns, and influencer collaborations to showcase the hotel’s unique experiences
  • Oversee annual online marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communication and PR, Sales and F&B teams to align campaigns with promotions and key events
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, ideally in luxury hospitality
  • Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, paid advertising, content creation, and campaign management
  • Proficiency in analytics and e-commerce tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, booking platforms)
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience in budget management and cost control
