We are looking for a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and engage our community across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging social media content (captions, visuals, and campaigns)
• Monitor and respond to comments, reviews, and messages across platforms
• Research digital trends and propose innovative campaign ideas
• Assist in managing Google Business Profile and addressing online reviews
• Collaborate with the Visual Content Developer for photoshoots and SEO-driven content
• Track and report on content performance and new leads monthly
• Support partnership campaigns with malls and external collaborators
• Attend events occasionally to assist with content creation and interviews

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Familiarity with Excel and content scheduling tools is advantageous
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
