Role Description

We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our awesome team in Bandung!

In this role, you’ll take charge of planning and running paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. You’ll dive into audience research, track campaign performance, and make smart optimizations to hit those KPI goals.

You’ll also get to work closely with our content and design teams to make sure every campaign feels on-brand and impactful. Plus, you’ll manage exciting collaborations with KOLs, influencers, and media partners — and turn insights into action through regular performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major — bonus points if it’s in Marketing, Communications, or Management.
  • Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or TikTok Ads Manager.
  • A basic understanding of SEO and SEM is definitely a plus!
  • Experience in managing KOLs or Influencer Marketing.
  • You’re creative, analytical, and love working toward clear goals and targets.
  • Willing to work on‑site at our Bandung office.
