We’re a fast-moving gaming startup looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes creativity, data, and the internet. You’ll be crafting killer ad creatives, experimenting with the latest AI tools, and optimizing campaigns that reach millions of gamers.

If you love making scroll-stopping videos, know your way around ad dashboards, and play mobile games yourself — you’re exactly who we want. 🎯

What You’ll Be Doing

Create awesome ad assets — videos, images, and short-form content that make people stop scrolling and start tapping.

Use tools like Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, NanoBanana, Runway, Pika Labs, Gemini, and Leonardo.ai to level up creative production.

Run and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms — daily tweaks, A/B tests, and performance tracking.

Analyze and report results with actionable insights (CTR, CPI, ROAS — all that good stuff).

Stay ahead of trends — jump on the latest memes, hooks, and ad formats before everyone else.

Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to make every campaign feel on-brand and on-fire. 🔥

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of experience in digital or performance marketing.

Hands‑on skills with Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, and modern AI creative tools (Gemini, Runway, Pika, etc).

Familiar with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager — TikTok Ads is a big plus.

Highly creative, energetic, and curious — not afraid to test wild ideas.

Love analyzing numbers as much as making cool stuff.

Active on social media and preferably a gamer who understands gaming audiences.

Bonus Points

Experience with AI-generated creative workflows.

Can edit short‑form videos with perfect hooks and pacing for Reels/TikTok.
