Luyu Machinery Group, a fast-growing global heavy equipment company in Indonesia, is looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Digital Marketing.

About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing to scale our digital growth. You will manage end-to-end paid campaigns, optimize performance, and ensure every marketing effort drives maximum impact.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Manage full-funnel performance: audience targeting, bidding strategy, A/B testing, and conversion optimization

Track and analyze key metrics (CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, etc.)

Collaborate with creative team to produce high-performing assets

Conduct market, competitor, and keyword research

Build dashboards and reports to communicate insights and results

Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI

Identify new growth opportunities and experiment with performance strategies

Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Science/Engineering/Marketing or other related field.

2–5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing

Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.

Strong analytical skills and data‑driven mindset

Experience managing monthly paid ads budgets

Understanding of attribution models, pixel tracking, and marketing funnels

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Bonus: experience with landing page optimization, SEO basics, CRM, or marketing automation tools
