Sparks English is looking for a curious, analytical, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Staff. This role is designed for someone eager to learn on the job about the mechanics of performance marketing on various ad platforms.

  • Execute and optimize paid channels to drive new student acquisition across multiple channels, with a focus on Meta and TikTok.

  • Regularly analyze campaign results and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in campaign performance, tracking, or delivery.

  • Work with senior team members to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Must have prior experience using Meta or TikTok Ads platforms — including (1) setting up ads and (2) exporting campaign data.

  • Previous internship or project-based experience in digital marketing with exposure to Meta and TikTok ad platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail, as this role will manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Eager to learn and adapt to new tools and advertising platforms.

  • Proficiency in Excel (able to do pivot tables and VLOOKUP at minimum).
